What will be deleted
- Your account and profile information
- All pet profiles and health records you created
- Photos, posts, and forum contributions
- Message history and connections
- Wallet balance and transaction history
- Found pet reports and sighting logs
This action is irreversible
Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Microchip records may be retained for up to 90 days as required by UAE Federal Animal Welfare Law before permanent erasure.
Requests are processed within 30 days in accordance with UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
